- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine sweetened coconut flakes, semi-sweet chocolate chips, chopped almonds, and sweetened condensed milk in a large mixing bowl. Stir until well mixed and sticky.
- Scoop spoonfuls of the cookie mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, spacing them about two inches apart.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12 minutes or until the tops are lightly golden.
- Cool the cookies on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
