- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the baking sheet by placing the brie on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle honey over the brie.
- Sprinkle toasted pecans and fresh thyme on top.
- Bake for 10 minutes, or until the brie is soft.
- Serve with flaky sea salt, crusty bread, crackers, grapes, candied pecans, sliced pears or apples, and salami.

For an extra touch of sweetness, drizzle a bit more honey on top just before serving.
