Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a standard loaf pan.
  2. Mash the bananas in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Combine melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and eggs into the mashed bananas.
  4. Whisk together all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl.
  5. Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture gradually.
  6. Pour the batter into your prepared loaf pan.
  7. Bake it in the oven for approximately 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  8. Cool the banana bread for at least 10 minutes in the pan before transferring it to a wire rack.
