Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a standard loaf pan.
- Mash the bananas in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Combine melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and eggs into the mashed bananas.
- Whisk together all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl.
- Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture gradually.
- Pour the batter into your prepared loaf pan.
- Bake it in the oven for approximately 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Cool the banana bread for at least 10 minutes in the pan before transferring it to a wire rack.
