How to Make Bruschetta Dip
  1. In a medium bowl, mix together diced Roma tomatoes, chopped basil leaves, and minced garlic.
  2. Add Extra Virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar to your tomato mixture, then season generously with salt. Stir everything well.
  3. In another bowl, combine crumbled feta cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil. Mix until you achieve a creamy and smooth consistency.
  4. Gently spread your tomato mixture over the creamy cheese base.
  5. Top your Dip with freshly chopped basil leaves, a sprinkle of red pepper flakes, and freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
