How to Make Buffalo Chicken Sliders
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and generously spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then arrange them neatly in the baking dish.
- Mix melted butter with buffalo sauce in a bowl until combined, then pour this mixture over the chicken.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Shred the chicken using two forks, mixing it with any remaining sauce in the dish.
- Assemble the sliders by placing shredded chicken on the bottom half of each slider bun. Top with ranch dressing, shredded lettuce, and pickles, then cap with the top buns.
