How to Make Buffalo Chicken Sliders
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and generously spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then arrange them neatly in the baking dish.
  3. Mix melted butter with buffalo sauce in a bowl until combined, then pour this mixture over the chicken.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Shred the chicken using two forks, mixing it with any remaining sauce in the dish.
  6. Assemble the sliders by placing shredded chicken on the bottom half of each slider bun. Top with ranch dressing, shredded lettuce, and pickles, then cap with the top buns.
