  • 240 ml double (heavy) cream provides the rich, velvety texture
  • 150 g strong Cheddar cheese, grated adds bold flavor
  • 0.25 tsp salt enhances all the flavors
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper introduces a warm spice
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped adds a pop of color and freshness

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the cauliflower into florets and steam them until tender, about 8-10 minutes.
  3. Mix together the double cream, grated strong Cheddar cheese, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
  4. Combine the steamed cauliflower florets with the creamy mixture.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until it’s golden brown and bubbly.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley just before serving.
