How to Make Cheesy Ground Beef and Potato Casserole
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and generously grease a baking dish with nonstick spray.

  3. Mix together the cooked beef, cream of mushroom soup, whole milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl until well combined.
