Preparation Steps
  1. Slice Chicken: Begin by slicing the chicken breasts into thin strips.
  2. Cook Noodles: Boil a pot of water and cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions for about 7-8 minutes, or until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. Sauté Chicken: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add sesame oil. Once hot, add the sliced chicken and sauté for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Add Vegetables: Toss the minced garlic and sliced bell peppers into the skillet with the chicken. Stir-fry for about 3 minutes.
  5. Make Sauce: In a separate bowl, whisk together the low-sodium soy sauce, brown sugar, and another splash of sesame oil. Pour this over the chicken and veggies.
  6. Combine Everything: Add the cooked egg noodles to the skillet and toss until well-coated.
