Directions
  1. Slice the chicken breasts into thin strips to ensure even cooking and flavor absorption.

  3. Sauté the chicken in a large skillet over medium-high heat with sesame oil until golden brown, approximately 5 minutes.
  4. Add minced garlic and sliced bell peppers to the skillet, stir-frying for about 3 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, and sesame oil in a small bowl, then pour it over the chicken and veggies, stirring to combine.
  6. Toss in the cooked egg noodles, gently mixing until noodles are well coated with the sauce.
  7. Optionally, top with sesame seeds before serving.
