How to Make Chili Garlic Pasta
  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti until al dente, about 8-10 minutes, reserving 1/2 cup of pasta water before draining.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and chopped chili pepper, sauté for about 2 minutes until garlic is fragrant and slightly golden.
  3. Add the drained spaghetti to the skillet, tossing with the garlic and chili mixture to absorb the flavors.
  4. Stir in soy sauce and lemon juice, adding reserved pasta water gradually until reaching desired consistency.
  5. Top with freshly chopped parsley before serving for added color and freshness.
