How to Make Chili Garlic Pasta
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti until al dente, about 8-10 minutes, reserving 1/2 cup of pasta water before draining.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and chopped chili pepper, sauté for about 2 minutes until garlic is fragrant and slightly golden.
- Add the drained spaghetti to the skillet, tossing with the garlic and chili mixture to absorb the flavors.
- Stir in soy sauce and lemon juice, adding reserved pasta water gradually until reaching desired consistency.
- Top with freshly chopped parsley before serving for added color and freshness.
