Preparation Steps
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the chocolate graham cracker crumbs with melted butter in a bowl and press firmly into the bottom of a springform pan.
- Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth, then mix in sugar and vanilla extract.
- Add the heavy cream and beat until stiff peaks form. Gently fold in the chopped strawberries.
- Pour the mixture over the cooled crust. Cover and refrigerate for at least four hours, or overnight if possible.
- Melt chocolate chips and drizzle over the chilled cheesecake before serving. Garnish with extra fresh strawberries.
