  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries chopped
For the Drizzle
  • 1 cup chocolate chips melted

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the chocolate graham cracker crumbs with melted butter in a bowl and press firmly into the bottom of a springform pan.

  4. Add the heavy cream and beat until stiff peaks form. Gently fold in the chopped strawberries.
  5. Pour the mixture over the cooled crust. Cover and refrigerate for at least four hours, or overnight if possible.
  6. Melt chocolate chips and drizzle over the chilled cheesecake before serving. Garnish with extra fresh strawberries.
