  • 1 cup buttermilk or regular milk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
For the Herbs and Spices
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill weed or dried dill
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley or dried parsley
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives or onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
For the Acidity
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Gather all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  2. Whisk together buttermilk, sour cream, mayonnaise, and all the spices until smooth.
  3. Adjust consistency by stirring in extra buttermilk or water if desired.
  4. Taste and adjust flavor with extra lemon juice or salt.
  5. Chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes before serving.
