How to Make Corned Beef Hash
  1. Start by dicing the cooked corned beef, Yukon Gold potatoes, onion, and bell peppers into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the diced potatoes, seasoning them with salt and pepper. Sauté until they’re golden brown and fork-tender, about 10-15 minutes.
