How to Make Crispy Hot Honey Feta Chicken
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) to ensure a crispy finish on your chicken.
- Prepare three bowls: one with all-purpose flour, another with beaten eggs, and the last with panko breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dredge each chicken breast first in the flour, then dip it in the egg, and finally coat thoroughly in the seasoned panko breadcrumbs.
- Arrange the coated chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Mix in a small bowl the honey, hot sauce, and apple cider vinegar until well combined.
- Drizzle the honey mixture generously over the chicken before baking.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes or until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
