How to Make Easy Taco Rice Bowl
- In a skillet, heat a splash of olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground turkey and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes, breaking it up as it cooks.
- Sprinkle in the taco seasoning and stir in the black beans. Mix well and cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through and fragrant.
- In serving bowls, layer with salad greens, then add the cooked rice, and top with the turkey mixture.
- Decorate with cherry tomatoes, sliced avocado, cheese, and chopped cilantro. Customize as desired.
- Squeeze fresh lime juice over each bowl and drizzle with Greek yogurt taco sauce. Serve immediately.
