How to Make Easy Taco Rice Bowl
  1. In a skillet, heat a splash of olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground turkey and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes, breaking it up as it cooks.
  2. Sprinkle in the taco seasoning and stir in the black beans. Mix well and cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through and fragrant.
  3. In serving bowls, layer with salad greens, then add the cooked rice, and top with the turkey mixture.
  4. Decorate with cherry tomatoes, sliced avocado, cheese, and chopped cilantro. Customize as desired.
