How to Make Fried Panko Chicken
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare the baking dish with cooking spray.
- Pound each chicken breast between two pieces of plastic wrap until about half an inch thick.
- Set up a breading station with flour mixture, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs in separate bowls.
- Dredge the chicken in flour, dip in egg wash, and press into panko breadcrumbs.
- Arrange the breaded chicken in the baking dish, spray the tops with cooking spray, and bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
