How to Make Frozen Yogurt Bark
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread 2 cups of vanilla yogurt onto the baking sheet into an even layer, about 1/2 inch thick.
- Evenly sprinkle sliced strawberries and pistachios on top of the yogurt, pressing them lightly.
- Freeze the baking sheet until firm, at least 3 hours or overnight.
- Once frozen, remove the yogurt bark from the freezer and break it into chunks. Serve immediately.
