For the Topping
  • 1 cup Sliced Strawberries Fresh strawberries add color and sweetness.
  • 1/2 cup Pistachios Add crunch; can swap for other nuts.

Method
 

How to Make Frozen Yogurt Bark
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Spread 2 cups of vanilla yogurt onto the baking sheet into an even layer, about 1/2 inch thick.
  3. Evenly sprinkle sliced strawberries and pistachios on top of the yogurt, pressing them lightly.
  4. Freeze the baking sheet until firm, at least 3 hours or overnight.
  5. Once frozen, remove the yogurt bark from the freezer and break it into chunks. Serve immediately.
