  • 1 cup Fresh basil leaves for topping
  • 2 tablespoons Extra-virgin olive oil for drizzling
  • 1 teaspoon Red pepper flakes optional

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven according to the pizza dough instructions.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
  3. Transfer the rolled-out dough to a pizza stone or an ungreased baking sheet.
  4. Spread the San Marzano tomatoes over the dough, crushing them gently.
  5. Add the minced garlic and sprinkle with sea salt.
  6. Distribute the fresh mozzarella cheese evenly over the pizza.
  7. Drizzle with extra-virgin olive oil and add the fresh basil leaves.
  8. Sprinkle red pepper flakes if desired.
