Baking Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar in a large bowl until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the egg one at a time, then mix in the Irish whiskey until well combined.
- Whisk together the flour, instant coffee granules, baking soda, and salt in another bowl. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients.
- Scoop rounded balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spaced about two inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are golden brown but centers remain soft. Cool on wire racks before serving.
