How to Make Korean Glass Noodles
  1. Soak the Korean glass noodles in warm water for about 30 minutes until soft. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add your choice of protein to the skillet and cook until browned, roughly 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in bell peppers, carrots, and onions, sautéing for an additional 5 minutes.
  5. Add the soaked noodles along with soy sauce, sesame oil, and brown sugar; toss to combine.
  6. Cook for an additional 3 minutes to meld flavors. Serve hot.
