How to Make Mint Brownie Swirl Fudge
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare an 8×8-inch baking pan by greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
- Mix melted butter, granulated sugar, eggs, and mint extract in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Fold in the all-purpose flour and cocoa powder gently.
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Melt butter and semi-sweet chocolate chips together in a saucepan over low heat. Stir in sweetened condensed milk and mint extract until smooth.
- Pour the mint fudge mixture over the cooled brownies and spread it evenly. Chill in the fridge for at least two hours.
- Slice into squares and serve.
