How to Make Mint Brownie Swirl Fudge
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare an 8×8-inch baking pan by greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
  2. Mix melted butter, granulated sugar, eggs, and mint extract in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Fold in the all-purpose flour and cocoa powder gently.
  4. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
  5. Melt butter and semi-sweet chocolate chips together in a saucepan over low heat. Stir in sweetened condensed milk and mint extract until smooth.
  6. Pour the mint fudge mixture over the cooled brownies and spread it evenly. Chill in the fridge for at least two hours.
