  • 3 medium ripe bananas mashed
  • 100 g sugar can reduce if desired
  • 60 ml neutral vegetable oil can substitute with melted coconut oil
  • 60 ml almond milk can use regular milk
  • 50 g almond flour can swap for regular flour
  • 150 g flour all-purpose flour
  • ¾ tsp baking powder
  • ¾ tsp baking soda
  • 1 pinch salt
  • ½ tsp cinnamon optional
  • 40 g walnuts chopped

Method
 

How to Make
  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a loaf pan measuring approximately 23×13 cm.
  2. Combine the mashed bananas, sugar, vegetable oil, almond milk, and almond flour in a mixing bowl.
  3. Mix the dry ingredients! In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  4. Fold the dry mixture into the wet ingredients carefully, then toss in the chopped walnuts.
  5. Pour the completed batter into your prepared loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes.
  6. Cool the bread in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack.
