How to Make
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a loaf pan measuring approximately 23×13 cm.
- Combine the mashed bananas, sugar, vegetable oil, almond milk, and almond flour in a mixing bowl.
- Mix the dry ingredients! In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- Fold the dry mixture into the wet ingredients carefully, then toss in the chopped walnuts.
- Pour the completed batter into your prepared loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes.
- Cool the bread in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack.
