Ingredients

For the Batter
  • 3 medium ripe bananas mashed bananas provide natural sweetness and moisture for the bread.
  • 100 g sugar adds extra sweetness; you can reduce it if you prefer less sugar.
  • 60 ml neutral vegetable oil keeps the bread moist and tender; feel free to substitute with melted coconut oil.
  • 60 ml almond milk a dairy-free option to add moisture; regular milk works just as well.
  • 50 g almond flour adds richness and a nutty flavor; swapping it for regular flour will still yield a lovely loaf.
  • 150 g all-purpose flour gives structure; mix in whole wheat flour for added nutrition.
  • 0.75 tsp baking powder helps the bread rise, ensuring it’s light and fluffy.
  • 0.75 tsp baking soda works with the bananas to create a beautiful texture in your bread.
  • 1 pinch salt enhances the overall flavor of the banana bread.
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon optional; adds a warm, cozy flavor; feel free to increase for a spicier kick.
  • 40 g walnuts chopped; adds a delightful crunch; substitute with chocolate chips for a sweet twist.
