How to Make Nutella Croissants
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface. Cut it into 6 equal triangles.
  3. Spread about 1 tablespoon of Nutella at the base of each triangle, leaving a small space around the edges.
  4. Roll each triangle tightly from the base to the tip. Place the rolled croissants seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Brush the tops with the beaten egg for a delightful golden finish.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until they are puffed and golden brown.
