  • 4 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
For the Marinade
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil can substitute with avocado oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Dried rosemary crushed
  • 1/4 cup Low-sodium soy sauce or tamari for gluten-free
  • 2 tablespoons Honey or maple syrup

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare your baking dish by spraying it with nonstick spray. Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
  3. Mix the marinade in a bowl by combining olive oil, minced garlic, dried thyme, dried rosemary, soy sauce, and honey.
  4. Coat the chicken with the marinade and let sit for at least 15 minutes.
  5. Roast the chicken in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Rest the chicken for 5 minutes before serving.
