- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare your baking dish by spraying it with nonstick spray. Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Mix the marinade in a bowl by combining olive oil, minced garlic, dried thyme, dried rosemary, soy sauce, and honey.
- Coat the chicken with the marinade and let sit for at least 15 minutes.
