Cooking Instructions
- Season the salmon fillets with 1 tsp salt and ½ tsp black pepper, allowing the flavors to penetrate the fish beautifully. Let them sit while you prepare your skillet.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat, melting 2 tbsp unsalted butter until it starts bubbling.
- Sear the salmon skin-side down in the skillet for 4-5 minutes, cooking until it turns a gorgeous golden brown.
- Flip the fillets gently. Add the minced garlic and cook for another 3 minutes, watching for the garlic to soften and turn a light golden hue.
- Squeeze 1 tbsp of fresh lemon juice over the salmon, allowing it to cook for an additional minute.
- Garnish with 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley before serving.
