  • 3 cloves Fresh garlic Minced for a fragrant punch, it's the star flavor in this dish.

  • 1 tbsp Chopped fresh parsley A fresh garnish that adds a pop of color and vibrancy.

Equipment

  • non-stick skillet

Method

Cooking Instructions
  1. Season the salmon fillets with 1 tsp salt and ½ tsp black pepper, allowing the flavors to penetrate the fish beautifully. Let them sit while you prepare your skillet.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat, melting 2 tbsp unsalted butter until it starts bubbling.
  3. Sear the salmon skin-side down in the skillet for 4-5 minutes, cooking until it turns a gorgeous golden brown.
  4. Flip the fillets gently. Add the minced garlic and cook for another 3 minutes, watching for the garlic to soften and turn a light golden hue.
  5. Squeeze 1 tbsp of fresh lemon juice over the salmon, allowing it to cook for an additional minute.
  6. Garnish with 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley before serving.
