1/4cupmaple syrupOptional, for extra sweetness.
Instructions
Prepare the Creamer Base
In a medium saucepan, combine the heavy cream, whole milk, and sweetened condensed milk. Whisk together until well blended.
Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until it is warm but not boiling. This helps to meld the flavors together.
Add Pumpkin Spice Flavoring
Once the creamer base is warm, add the pumpkin puree, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, ground cinnamon, and maple syrup (if using). Whisk vigorously to ensure there are no lumps from the pumpkin puree.
Continue to heat the mixture for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly. This allows the spices to infuse into the creamer.
Cool and Store
Remove the saucepan from heat and let the creamer cool to room temperature.
Once cooled, transfer the creamer to a storage container and refrigerate. It can be stored for up to one week.
Notes
Shake well before using, as the ingredients may settle. This creamer is perfect for coffee, lattes, or even drizzled over desserts.
