Sweetening & Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon honey adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme or fresh
  • 1 pinch black pepper freshly cracked
Garnishing
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme for topping
  • 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts optional
  • 1 tablespoon extra honey drizzle

How to Make Pumpkin Whipped Feta Dip
  1. In a food processor, add the drained feta cheese, Greek yogurt, pumpkin puree, honey, thyme, and freshly cracked black pepper.
  2. Pulse your mixture until it’s smooth and creamy.
  3. Give your dip a taste and feel free to adjust the sweetness by adding more honey if desired.
  4. Spoon the dip into a serving bowl and sprinkle fresh thyme and chopped walnuts on top.
  5. Just before serving, drizzle some extra honey over the top.
