  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream whipped until soft peaks form

  • 1/2 cup melted chocolate for drizzling
  • 1 cup whipped cream for garnish
  • 1/4 cup chocolate shavings or chips for garnish
  • 1 tbsp green sprinkles or edible glitter for garnish

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Combine chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter in a mixing bowl. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a pie pan to form a flavorful crust.
  2. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, peppermint extract, and a few drops of green food coloring in a separate mixing bowl. Beat until smooth and creamy.
  3. Fold in the whipped heavy cream gently to maintain light, airy texture.
  4. Pour the peppermint filling into your prepared chocolate crust. Smooth the top with a spatula.
  5. Drizzle melted chocolate over the top of the pie in a whimsical swirl pattern.
  6. Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or until set.
  7. Garnish with whipped cream, chocolate shavings or chips, and a sprinkle of green sprinkles or edible glitter.
