  • 2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs choose your favorite brand
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
Filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp peppermint extract adjust to taste
  • a few drops green food coloring for desired hue
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream or whipped topping
Topping
  • 1/2 cup melted chocolate for drizzling
  • 1 cup whipped cream for garnish
  • 1/4 cup chocolate shavings or chips for sprinkling
  • 1 tbsp green sprinkles or edible glitter for decoration

Method
 

Crust Preparation
  1. Combine chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter in a mixing bowl. Press firmly into the bottom of a pie pan.
Filling Preparation
  1. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, peppermint extract, and a few drops of green food coloring until smooth.
  2. Fold in the whipped heavy cream gently.
Assembly
  1. Pour the peppermint filling into the chocolate crust and smooth the top.
  2. Drizzle melted chocolate over the top in a swirling pattern.
  3. Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
  4. Garnish with whipped cream, chocolate shavings or chips, and green sprinkles.
