- Gently layer in the fire-roasted diced tomatoes, kidney beans, corn, onion, bell peppers, and garlic.
- Drizzle the zesty buffalo sauce over all the ingredients and give a gentle stir to combine.
- Cover your slow cooker and choose to cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
- Once done, shred the chicken right in the pot using two forks.
