Steps to Prepare
  1. Start by dicing the onion and bell peppers, and mincing the garlic.
  2. Place the boneless, skinless chicken breasts at the bottom of your slow cooker.
  3. Gently layer in the fire-roasted diced tomatoes, kidney beans, corn, onion, bell peppers, and garlic.
  4. Drizzle the zesty buffalo sauce over all the ingredients and give a gentle stir to combine.
  5. Cover your slow cooker and choose to cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
  6. Once done, shred the chicken right in the pot using two forks.
