  • 4 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts

For the Creamy Mixture
  • 2 cups Fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup Artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 8 ounces Cream cheese, softened ensure at room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese half mixed in and half for topping

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Place them in the baking dish.
  3. Mix the softened cream cheese, chopped spinach, artichokes, garlic powder, and half of the Parmesan cheese together until creamy.
  4. Spread the creamy mixture over each chicken breast, coating them well.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese on top of the chicken.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
