How to Make Steak Burrito Bowl
  1. Begin by preparing the rice according to the package instructions, which usually takes about 15-20 minutes.
  2. While the rice is cooking, chop the bell peppers and fresh cilantro.
  3. Generously season the steak with salt, pepper, and any optional spices.
  4. Heat your grill to medium-high and grill the steak for about 4-5 minutes per side.
  5. In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté the chopped bell peppers for about 5 minutes.
  6. Once grilled, let the steak rest for a few minutes, then slice it against the grain.
  7. In serving bowls, layer the cooked rice, black beans, sautéed peppers, sliced steak, avocado, and cilantro.
  8. Finish with a drizzle of fresh lime juice.
