  • 8 ounces Fresh Mushrooms sliced, can use cremini or button
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream for richness
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter for depth
  • 1 cup Beef Broth adds savory richness
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil for searing
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh Thyme for finishing touch

Cooking Instructions
  1. Prepare the ingredients by slicing the fresh mushrooms and mincing the garlic cloves.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season the ribeye steaks with salt and pepper, then sear for 4-5 minutes per side.
  3. Remove the steaks to rest, then melt unsalted butter in the skillet. Sauté mushrooms and garlic until golden brown.
  4. Stir in heavy cream and beef broth, and add fresh thyme. Simmer for about 5 minutes.
  5. Slice the rested steaks and drizzle with the mushroom sauce, then serve.
