Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. Whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl.
  3. Cream the softened butter until light and fluffy, gradually adding the granulated sugar.
  4. Mix in the eggs one at a time, then add the whole milk until well combined.
  5. Fold in the diced fresh strawberries gently into the batter.
  6. Fill each lined cupcake liner two-thirds full with the batter and bake for 18-20 minutes.
  7. Cool the cupcakes completely on a wire rack before frosting with dark chocolate ganache.
