Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, granulated sugar, and flour until crumbly. Press into the bottom of the dish.
- In another bowl, whisk the eggs with sugar until frothy, then stir in the remaining flour, fresh strawberries, and white chocolate chips.
- Pour the filling over the crust and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Let the bars cool completely in the pan. Slice into squares.
