Preparation
- Preheat your oven! Start by heating your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the casserole base. In a large bowl, stir the sweet potato puree, granulated sugar, melted butter, milk, vanilla extract, and beaten eggs together until smooth and creamy.
- Prepare the streusel topping. In a medium bowl, combine the chopped pecans, brown sugar, all-purpose flour, and softened butter.
- Assemble and bake. Generously sprinkle the streusel topping over the sweet potato base in the casserole dish and bake for 40 minutes.
