  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour or almond flour for gluten-free
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened and cut into small cubes) can use vegan butter

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven! Start by heating your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the casserole base. In a large bowl, stir the sweet potato puree, granulated sugar, melted butter, milk, vanilla extract, and beaten eggs together until smooth and creamy.
  3. Prepare the streusel topping. In a medium bowl, combine the chopped pecans, brown sugar, all-purpose flour, and softened butter.
