Preparation Steps
- In a mixing bowl, blend together the mascarpone cheese, espresso, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate the mixture for at least 1 hour.
- Once chilled, use a small cookie scoop or your hands to form the mixture into bite-sized balls. Place them on a parchment-lined tray.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until completely smooth.
- Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate, ensuring they're fully coated, then return them to the tray.
- While the chocolate is still soft, lightly dust each truffle with cocoa powder.
- Return the tray to the refrigerator and let the truffles set for at least 30 minutes.
- Once set, serve the Tiramisu Truffles on a lovely platter and enjoy.

Notes
For best results, ensure the mascarpone cheese is at room temperature. You can add a sprinkle of finely grated chocolate on top for elegance.
