How to Make Vanilla French Beignets
- Combine the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Mix the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, active dry yeast, and salt until well blended.
- Whisk together the wet ingredients in a separate bowl. Blend the warm milk, melted unsalted butter, and pure vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients gradually. Stir gently to form a soft dough.
